Manikin Making Workshop Refund Policy

General Cancellation & Refund Timeframes

More than 7-30 days before event: A full refund is available.

Within 7 days of the event: No refund will be available for cancellation 7 days before the event. Option to receive a credit for future use or transfer ticket/s.

Within 48hrs: Non-refundable. Intended participant/s of the event can reschedule a future day and time to participate within 48hrs before the intended workshop date. Intended participant can transfer tickets/s.

Less than 24hrs: Non-refundable with no option to reschedule or transfer ticket/s.

No show: Failure to attend the event without notice results in a 100% loss of the booking fee and no refund.

Credit - intended participant/s of the event can reschedule a future day and time within 48hrs before the intended workshop date.
Transfer tickets- if participant/s can not attend the workshop, you can transfer your ticket to another person (friend or family member) at no cost. Ticket transfers are available 48hrs before the intended day of the event.
Notify the event organiser of these changes by email.
